         The clue led me to look in the living room. I couldn't believe my eyes! There my cute dog Midnight was hiding beneath the table with purple flowers. I quickly gave Midnight a humongous hug. The case of the missing dog named Midnight was finally solved and my hard detective work had paid off!

     So, I quickly ran downstairs and thought were else should I look? Could my lovely dog be hiding in a box in the garage? So, I went off to check, but Midnight wasn't there! I looked down on the floor and saw a clue. There were muddy footprints leading to the living room. Now, this was becoming a real mystery! My fluffy dog must be around here somewhere! I had to act quickly, like a real detective to solve the case of the missing dog named Midnight. Where could my pretty dog have gone?

     One beautiful day I was coming home from an exciting day of school. When I arrived home I went to look for my black and white dog Midnight because she cuddles with me at night. I went upstairs to look for my adorable dog, but she wasn't there. So, I decided to look in the dark and scary basement. My nice dog wasn't there either! I got really worried and screamed, "Oh no! My soft dog Midnight is missing!"
