What is Erosion?
Erosion is when rocks pebbles, and even big rocks are carried away by wind. This means that wind snatches up rocks and transfers them from place to place. Erosion is caused by water wind or ice. When erosion happens, is makes sediment.
Now this is a beautiful land form. This was also caused by erosion because the erosion kept coming back and steeling rock from the cliff and then it started to form a cliff.

This is a good example of erosion because the wholes on this landform were caused by erosion. The wholes show that the erosion picked up the rock, and carried it away.

Now this is a beach. It was also eroded. Do you see the rocks? That's the erosion. Now, just like the others, the erosion came and swooshed rock up, and carried it away.
Erosion by Water

Erosion by water is when water or a liquid displaces the soil and rock in the ground.
This is an example of erosion by water.
A liquid is a huge component in erosion by water.
Facts:
  • The dust from the wind, can cause human health problems.
  • Wind can generally cause erosion.
Erosion by wind
Erosion by wind is the land through a process called wind erosion, where wind breaks up land and then carries the debris (like dirt and bits of rock) to other places.
Facts:
  • The dust from the wind, can cause human health problems.
  • Wind can generally cause erosion.
Erosion by plants
What is erosion by plants? Erosion by plants is when a gradual process that occurs when the impact of water or wind detaches and removes soil particles, causing the soil to deteriorate.
