FORESTRY Museum on Cekirge Avenue also known as theSaatci (watchmarker)  Ali Bey Mansion opened on  March 29 1989, is Turkey’s first and only FORESTRY Museum. In the museum about 2 thousand exhibits such as animals and plant fossils, communication and forest engineering devices, maps and photographs can be seen. Also ,documents on forestry history and various fossils as well as walnut tree resembling a human silhouette  are worth seeing.( researches by Catherine)

Students searched for information about Karagöz-Bursa/Türkiye Museum. They watched a YouTube video about the traditional Turkish shadow theater: Karagöz. They colored the character Karagöz and used his silhouette in an improvised shadow theater.

Bursa Karagöz Museum is a museum located at Osmangazi in Bursa.The museum consists of two galleries. The first gallery is about the history of shadow play.In the second gallery are 61 pieces of original Karagöz puppets.
