Welcome To Our School
I am extremely proud to be the Headteacher of such an exciting, caring and innovative school situated in the heart of Parr, St. Helens. In Holy Spirit there is a warm, welcoming, inclusive atmosphere and it is this distinctive ethos, which enables our children to flourish and succeed giving them the skills, attitudes and desire to achieve their full potential.

As a school we aim to prepare children not just for tomorrow but for ever tomorrow throughout their life. We work to I still life skills that will set them up for secondary school and beyond. The children’s first day at school is as important as their last day and. We ensure that the foundation to their learning is set from the minute they walk through the school gates.

Well-being and achievement go hand in hand and a key priority for us as a school is that every child is happy both in and out of the classroom. We strongly believe that if a child is not happy they will not thrive academically or socially. We work closely with parents to ensure that every individual’s needs. Are. Being met and that every. Child is. Confident and has a positive self-esteem, as this impacts both their learning outcomes and ther relationships.
Our talented and dedicated teaching team ensure that every child develops into an exceptional individual with a love for learning and the capacity to reach academic excellence. Lessons are planned to meet all individuals needs and are designed to capture the children’s interest. Our curriculum is broad and balanced and encapsulates skills that children require now as well as skills that will prepare them for the future.

To enhance the children’s education we have a vast array of extra-curricular enrichments ranging from Football, Art, mindfulness and Gymnastics, through to Yoga and PATHS.

We would love to hear from you if you have any queries or suggestions, or if you would like to visit and see Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School in. Action. Please feel free to contact to arrange an appointment.
