To make sure that everything goes smoothly, choose the right location (quiet &amp; soundproof), use the right microphone, and have a technical assistant if possible. 2. Practice, practice, practice! &nbsp;You will gain more clarity in speaking, as you can check your pronunciation, tempo, intonation, etc. during the practice. 3. Grab and hold the audience's attention Get your audience involved with an interesting mix of&nbsp;interactive&nbsp;questions, mini challenges and tasks,&nbsp;rich images,&nbsp;compelling videos, and even&nbsp;music. 4. Maintain a conversational tone &nbsp;You are talking to real people, not to a machine. Present as if you are talking with your audience. Be more expressive. 5. Use interesting real facts and examples to support your message. Use real facts and make sure that your audience will want to remember everything you are talking about. 6. Remember that your voice is the connection. You will need short pauses while you’re talking. But, don’t allow more than 2 or 3 seconds of silence.

A master of ceremonies (also known as an MC or emcee) is the official host for a staged event, performance, or party. Some important qualities for an MC and host include&nbsp;a friendly disposition, a sense of humor, promoting skills, the ability to put people at ease, and the ability to improvise. Also, because anything can happen at an event, an MC or host should be able to react to emergencies quickly. The MC or host should be well organized&nbsp;so there are no last-minute hitches that could affect the event. A great event host will have done their research beforehand, know the purpose and goals of the event as well as be well aware of the timings, the structure of the evening, and the role they will be playing. It is the flow and efficiency with which you express your ideas, particularly when speaking. A few grammar mistakes may appear here and there in the explanation, but it should be delivered in a way that is easy to understand and shows how comfortable you are with English. If you speak English with a high level of accuracy it means&nbsp;you speak correctly, with very few mistakes. If you speak fluently it means you speak easily, quickly and with few pauses. So, is accuracy important? Without accuracy in English, you will never be able to be understood by your audience or listeners.
