Green anacondas are one of the largest snakes in the world.

Green anacondas generally live in tropical rainforests and tend to prefer shallow, slow-moving waters, such as streams, rivers and flooded grasslands.

Green anacondas feed on fish, reptiles, deer, sheep, and any other animals that come down to drink from the water.

Anaconda are part of the boa constrictor family. They do not lay eggs but actually give birth to live young.

Females are considerably larger than males.
