Sometimes I try to do everything instead of letting others help me - if you see this happening, let me know and help me find others who can collaborate with me.

That we identify the special interests and passions of our students and help them to build on these throughout life

You will find me sitting with my students as they teach me about dinosaurs, about Minecraft, about Pokémon. Have you ever worked with a student who was so focused on their own interests that they found it difficult to engage in classwork?

My one best thing is knowing how to successfully incorporate student special interests into the class program.
