Komodo dragons live in places near Australia but most live on an island called Komodo Island. Since they can’t make their own body heat, when they get cold they bask in the sun. It is eating a baby deer.
Komodo dragons will eat anything they can find like deer, buffalo and even other Komodo dragons.Komodo dragons can go without food for 20 days because they eat so many pounds of food at once.

Komodo dragons take about two months to hatch. the mother digs a burrow and lays her eggs there to hide them from predators. when they hatch they dig themselves out and live alone.
