The little room is used for a variety of ways. The children will take the register in this room and look at the daily timetable and calendar. This room is also used for small group work and for story time.

The main nursery room consists of a book corner, mark making and number area, a role play area and a small world area. The classroom also has tables for focus learning and an area for funky fingers.

The infant hall is where the children will eat their packed lunch at lunch time. The lunch box trolley is wheeled down to the hall ready for the children. The nursery children also use this hall for their weekly P.E. lesson and to perform their Christmas nativity show to parents.

The cloakroom has coat pegs, two toilets and three hand basins. 

Every child will have their own peg to hang their coat on. Children will be encouraged to use the toilet independently.

The Nursery corridor has two gates either side of the entrances. The children are not allowed to open the gates without an adult. The children use the corridor during continuous provision.

8.55am-11.55am or 12.25pm- 3.25pm A full day is 8.55am - 3.25pm

West End Kids Club starts at 7.55am. If your child goes to breakfast or afterschool club then a member of the West End Club staff will bring and collect them from nursery.

Please ensure that your child arrives in good time to start the Nursery session and is picked up at the end of the session on time.
