Natural Sculpture: Magic Wand
You will need:
A stick
A piece of string, wool, a pipe cleaner or ribbon
Natural objects that you collect in your garden or from outside
Objects you may have at home like beads or buttons
1. Tie your string to one end of your stick and wind it around stick in a spiral. Tie at the other end. (You may need a grown up to help with the tying.
2. While you are outside on a walk or in your garden or outside space collect some interesting objects - leaves, feathers, sticks or nuts
3. Tuck or tie the natural objects to your stick.
4. You could add objects that are not natural like beads.
5. What magic powers will your wand have? You could make up some pretend spells to do with your wand.
