In other words, safeguarding the planet also depends on what you decide to put on the table.

The way in which food is produced and consumed, for example, has a decisive impact on global warming. Opting for an eco-sustainable diet also means choosing quality products.
But what are the sustainable foods and the rules to be respected to combine the green philosophy with the meals that are eaten daily?
