Loon Lake Learning Advance

One place I found amazingly beautiful so far at Loon Lake is the lake because it&apos;s so reflective.

Our Advisory Group Was Called Wolvefishes!

I learned how to build a shelter out of sticks in a forest. My group made a modified version of the A-Frame shelter, which is a triangle base with a slat across for support.

During this activity, I would say my team was relatively productive. Not extraordinary, productive enough to get a decent amount of work done. Naomi and I made the script longer, and our whole group ran through the script together multiple times. One thing that didn&apos;t work very well was the length of time that we were just straight up working. I think if we instead worked in shorter bursts, we would have been more productive.

Get it i guess

I took this photo after dinner. It was dark and scary, but there was a light casting shadows. This completed the creepy mood of my photo.

This week, the enduring soldiers of PLP 8 and 9 travel to the mysterious Temple of Loon Lake to retrieve the incredibly important learning experience.

They all must follow this difficult journey to retrieve the valuable experience.

This is a photo of battle archery, which was one of our Stellar Play activities. During this activity, I strengthened my teamwork with the other people on my team.

I&apos;m looking forward to being able to spend more time with my classmates in future field studies. Something I would do in the future would be to bring more extra clothes. Even though we didn&apos;t go in the water, most of my clothes still got wet.

In this activity (evening fun) I was playing cards with some of my friends. The core competency I practiced while playing was communication. I was constantly communicating things like wins and losses of certain rounds while playing.

The core competency I used in this activity was personal and social. We were playing cards. (This video is afterwards, when we were messing around.) While we were playing cards, I played fairly and helped others around me.

I&apos;m excited to get closer to my peers in PLP and build a stronger bond so that my teamwork is better.

I want to learn about nature and I think I will because Loon Lake has a lot of nature.
