Ova kuharica nastala je kao produkt Erasmus+ projekta Spretne ruke- Sretna djeca.
Recepte sa temom kako ponovno iskoristiti ostatke hrane ili namirnice kojima prolazi rok prikupljala su djeca nižeg školskog uzrasta. Prikupljene recepte isprobavali na satu Domaćinstva i u svojim domovima. Recepti ne sadrže točne mjere i količinske omjere za kuhanje jer načinjeni recepti su nastali iz potrebe kako smanjiti bacanje hrane i ponovno iskoristiti namirnice, stoga prilikom kuhanja treba koristiti osjećaj za doziranje.
Budućim kuharima koji budu kuhali po našim receptima želimo uspjeha u kuhanju, a kušačima recepata dobar tek!

This cookbook was created as a product of the Erasmus + project Handy Hands - Happy Children.

Recipes with the topic of how to reuse leftover food or expired food were collected by children of lower school age. They tried the collected recipes in the Household class and in their homes. Recipes do not contain exact measures and quantitative ratios for cooking because the recipes made arose from the need to reduce food waste and reuse food, so when cooking you should use a sense of dosing.

We wish future chefs who will cook according to our recipes success in cooking, and good luck to the recipe tasters!

Pohani kruh
Fried bread
Kruh koji je star nekoliko dana možemo ispohati. Pripremljeno jelo možemo poslužiti za doručak ili večeru uz domaći čaj.


Priprema:

1. Razmutiti jaja i mlijeko. U smjesu dodati po želji soli ili nekog drugog začina.

2. S obije strane kriške kruha umočiti u smjesu jaja i mlijeka.

3. U vruće ulje staviti namočeni kruh, te pržiti nekoliko minuta dok ne postane zlatno smeđe boje.

4. Pohani kruh izvaditi na
papirnati ubrus.

We can eat old bread by frying it. We will serve the prepared dish for breakfast or dinner with homemade tea.


Preparation:

1. Beat eggs and milk and add a little salt or other spices.
2. Dip bread in egg and milk mixture on both sides.
3. Put soaked bread in hot oil and fry for a few minutes until golden brown.

Ostatke kruha ili stari kruh možemo iskoristiti tako da ga osušimo i napravimo krušne mrvice koje ćemo uporabiti u nekim novim jelima.


Postupak

1. Kruh izrezati na kriške ili kockice. Posložiti na pleh.

2. Tako posložen kruh možemo sušiti na zraku nekoliko dana ili u pećnici na temperaturi od 80 °C dok se ne osuši.

3. Osušeni kruh pomoću valjka usitnimo.

4. Nastale krušne mrvice spremimo u staklenku, zatvorimo i čuvamo na suhom i mračnom mjestu.

Leftover bread or old bread can be used by drying it and making bread crumbs that we will use in some new dishes.

Procedure

1. Cut bread into slices or cubes. Arrange on a baking sheet.

2. Bread arranged in this way can be air-dried for a few days or in an oven at 80 ° C until it dries.

3. Chop the dried bread with a rolling pin.

4. Store the resulting bread crumbs in a jar, close and store in a dry and dark place.

Za 4 osobe ⏰ Vrijeme pripreme: 50 minuta
Sastojci
Gladni smo ili nam dolaze nenajavljeni gosti, a u hladnjaku imamo malo sira, salame i staroga kruha. Topli sendviči su ti koji će nas spasiti.
1. Naribani sir, nasjeckanu salamu, jaja, kiselo vrhnje, sol i začine zajedno izmiješaj i napravi nadjev.

2. Svaku krišku umoči u mlijeko, te ih poredaj
na pleh za pečenje.

3. Na šnite kruha stavljaj nadjev.

4. Peci u pećnici na 200 °C oko 25 minuta.
