This traditional Sardinian dance is called "Su Dillu". It is a dance with just a movement and two different speeds, a slower one and a faster one.
It starts with a beat of the right foot and then one with the left foot. Then we go slightly forward and then turn around.
When the music changes, it becomes a bit faster, a turn in the serpentine way, then we close the circle again and at the end a final beat with one foot.
It can be performed in couples or in chain .

This dance was originally conceived as a magic spell to save people from the bite of a poisonous spider.

The traditional costumes you see in the video are very old, about 1850 a.d.
The musical instrument you can see is a melodeon.
