SUGAR FREE OATMEAL COOKIE
Ingredients
• 3/4 cup of oatmeal
• 3 dates
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 tablespoon of raisins
• 3 walnuts
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 pack of baking soda
.1 tablespoon of oil
• 3/4 cup of oatmeal

1. Remove the cores of the dates. Rest for 10 minutes in a bowl with enough hot water to cover them.
2. Meanwhile, make flour all ingredints (over banana) with rondo.
3. Take the banana in a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork until it becomes a puree.
4. Stir with a spoon until all the ingredients are combined.
5. Put equal sized pieces with a spoon on the baking tray on which you have greased paper.
6. Grease the back of the spoon with oil and gently press the cookies into shape.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

PUMPKIN CHIPS

• 1.5 teaspoons of olive oil
• 1 spoon of vinegar
• Sea salt

• First, set the oven to 90 degrees. While the oven is heating, thinly slice the zucchini.
