The Lunch Thief

Last Friday, 15th of October, it was a compliment slip party and we were allowed to bring in a nice treat. I brought a delicious doughnut.

I was so excited. I woke up at 8AM. I went downstairs. I had nice tea and toast.

I grabbed my bag and I sprinted out the door, thinking about my nice mouthwatering doughnut with chocolate icing and beautiful sprinkles.

I even forgot the lovely jam filling. I finally got to school. We did boring work.

I counted down the clock. Next you know the bell rang. I excitedly grabbed my lunch out.The treat was GONE!! I was so mad.

When school was over I ran to my mam.

I screamed my heart out. My veins popped out. I cried heavily like it was lashing rain.

and I told her I had detention for 1 WEEK.

Next, I saw my best friend with MY treat! I was so mad. I told her I was never talking to her again. Just then, the teacher told us to go to the principal's office.

When we were walking down the hall it was freezing.

There was lots of lovely art on the wall.

When we were waiting out side of the principals office, Ms Treanor walked by and asked us what happened and we told her.

When she left I started to sweat.

we got called into the office. I was shivering. Mr Jordan's office had a nice oak table with lots of papers for the oldest in the family.

She told us that we had detention for 1 WEEK.

I was soooooo sad!

When school was over I ran to my mam.

and I told her I had detention for 1 WEEK.

She said "WHAT!!"

She said "You left your treat at home!"

I was so embarrassed. I would have to say sorry. I felt so bad for Skye.
