Ingredients:

- creme fraiche
- 3 apples
- almonds
- 1 egg yolk
- cinnamon and sugar

instructions:
- preheat baking oven onto 175 degrees hot air
- roll up flaky pastry
- peel the apples and mix with the almonds, creme fraiche, cinnamon and sugar
- distribute onto the flaky pastry
- roll up until it looks like a strudel
- put the applestrudel onto a griddle and put it into the oven
