We discovered de city of Athena in Greece the Sunday, Febuary twelve two thousand and twenty three.
After one hectic night in the youth hostel, we visited the Acropolis wich is a limestone rock plateau wich is in the center of Athena and the Parthenon wich is the abode of virgins locate on the Acropolis.
We could enjoy and discover the typical Greek gastronomy.
We then took the train in direction of Larissa where our stay could start with our host family.
My best moment in Greece was when we made our first meal because we ate good thinks so we discovered this gastronomy which isn't the same in France. We had fun, we could share our feelings about this first day so it was great !

Tuesday, we went to visit the meteors and the monastery of St-Stephan to discover the culture of Greece which is a very religious country (mostly Orthodox). We then visited the Mushroom Museum in which there were first stuffed animals staged in their habitats and then on the floor mushrooms of all kinds, mushrooms are crucial for the environment because they help decompose organic matter (dead wood, etc.) they can also replace meat because they have the same texture and various flavors. After lunch we visited the town of Trikila, located next to the Aegean Sea and then returned to our correspondents.
