"Christmas Cards - Stained Glass"

Goal of the task:

The goal of this task is to create original Christmas cards in the form of stained glass, which will be a unique gift for loved ones.

Materials needed:

• Black cardboard (or other dark color),
• Scissors or wallpaper knife,
• Colored tissue paper in different colors,
• Glue or duct tape.

Course of the task:
a. Preparing the card: Start by preparing a Christmas card from black cardboard. It can be a rectangle or a square with larger dimensions than a standard piece of paper.
b. Pattern cutting: Cut out different patterns and shapes from cardboard, creating places to place the colored tissue paper. These can be Christmas trees, stars, snowmen, reindeer - according to your own ideas.
c. Gluing tissue paper: Paste pieces of colored tissue paper on the back of the cut areas. Try to fill the entire space of a given shape, creating the impression of stained glass.
d. Complement the details: Add additional elements such as colorful ribbons, glitter or small Christmas decorations to enhance the look of the card.
e. Decorating and personalization: Add holiday greetings or other decorations to add a personal touch to your card.

RETURN

The end result: Students will receive original, colorful Christmas cards to give to family and friends. Each of the cards will be unique due to the variety of patterns and colors used by the students.

Summary: This activity not only develops students' manual skills, but also creativity in designing their own Christmas decorations. In addition, cards made in this way can become unique gifts that will bring joy to loved ones.

CHALLENGE: MAKE A SNOWMAN

Building a snowman out of snow was a really fun and creative task for the kids. Help from the older children at school further strengthened the spirit of cooperation and created a friendly atmosphere. Finally, the whole team was able to enjoy the beautiful and lovable snowman made of snow that adorned our school playground.

CHALLENGE: PAINT RUDOLPH

Creating a digital image of Rudolph, the famous reindeer with a red nose, was a fascinating challenge. It required precise movements and skills in the area of computer graphics. To create a faithful portrait of Rudolph, we used drawing tools such as pencils, brushes, paints, and a graphics program to paint on the interactive whiteboard. We paid attention to details such as the shape of the horns, the expression of the eyes and, of course, the red, glowing nose.
