Forest School and Outdoor Learning

Leaf Sewing

You will need: leaves and short thin sticks.
1) Collect some leaves that you like the shape of.

2) Arrange them so they overlap each other (this could be in a pattern like the photo).

3) Push a short thin stick through the leaves where they overlap and back through the other side (like you would a safety pin). This will hold them together.
Arts and Craft

Paint a Pebble
You will need: pebbles of all shapes and sizes, paint and paint brushes
1) Collect some pebbles or stones from the beach or local woodland.

2) Coat them in several coats of your chosen paint colour.

3) Use a pencil to lightly draw on your design there are lots in the video.

4) Use your chosen paint colours to decorate your pebble. Remember to take a picture and post it on Seesaw or Tapestry for your new teacher and teaching assistant to see.
