The naughty monkey
Suddenly, there was a big squeal. The owl nearly fell off the branch. The parrot's painting got spoilt. All this happened because the naughty monkey had rolled up the mouse inside the mat and sat on it. The mouse squealed. All the animals started scolding the naughty monkey.
It was a quiet afternoon in the jungle. It was hot and everyone was either resting or sleeping except the parrot and the naughty monkey. The mouse slept on a mat. The owl dozed on a branch. The parrot was painting a picture. The naughty monkey was swinging from branch to branch.

El Travieso Mono
Era una tarde tranquila en la selva. Hacía calor y todo el mundo estaba descansando o durmiendo excepto el loro y el mono travieso. El ratón dormía en una estera. El búho se quedó dormido en una rama. El loro estaba pintando un cuadro. El mono travieso se balanceaba de rama en rama.
De repente, hubo un gran chillido. El búho casi se cae de la rama. La pintura del loro se estropeó. Todo esto sucedió porque el mono travieso había enrollado el ratón dentro de la estera y se sentó en ella. El ratón chilló. Todos los animales comenzaron a regañar al mono travieso.
