MEMORIES OF A SUMMER ENGLISH CAMP
(COMA-RUGA / 12-16 JULY 2021)
DAY 1: READY, SET...GO!!
A group of students from La Bastida High School went on a Summer English Camp from 12th to 16th July. They stayed in the Xanascat Coma-Ruga Youth Hostel.
On their first day, after unpacking and settling down a bit, they played games to get to know their camp monitors and to get familiar with every corner of the hostel.

DIA 1: PREPARATS, LLESTOS...JA!!
Un grup d'alumnes de l'Institut la Bastida van anar de colònies en anglès, del 12 al 16 de juliol. Van allotjar-se a l'Alberg Coma-Ruga Xanascat.
El primer dia, després de desfer les maletes i instal·lar-s'hi una mica, van fer uns jocs per a conèixer les monitores i familiaritzar-se amb cada racó de l'alberg.
Un grup d'alumnes de l'Institut la Bastida van anar de colònies en anglès, del 12 al 16 de juliol. Van allotjar-se a l'Alberg Coma-Ruga Xanascat.

DAY 2: WELCOME TO SURVIVORS
The following day, the students were gathered in smaller groups and had to participate in a reality show programme called “Survivors”. Each group had to create their new identity and get ready to be the best survivors ever and overcome the toughest challenges!
In the afternoon everyone went to the beach...students and monitors took a dip in the sea, played games, run and...laughed a lot, too!

DIA 2: BENVINGUTS A SUPERVIVENTS!
El dia següent els alumnes es van distribuir en grups més petits i havien de participar en un "reality show" anomenat "Survivors". Cada grup havia de crear la seva pròpia identitat i preparar-se per ser els millors supervivents del món i superar els reptes més difícils.
Per la tarda tothom va anar a la platja...monitores i alumnes van fer una capbussada, van jugar, van córrer i...quin fart de riure es van donar també!
El dia següent els alumnes es van distribuir en grups més petits i havien de participar en un "reality show" anomenat "Survivors". Cada grup havia de crear la seva pròpia identitat i preparar-se per ser els millors supervivents del món i superar els reptes més difícils.

DAY 3: SAILING THROUGH THE SUMMER CAMP!
In the morning students played a macro version of the popular videogame Among Us but without using any computers, just with the physical presence of all the players...good fun!
In the afternoon the participants went sailing!! Some brave people even dived in the sea!!

DIA 3: NAVEGANT A TRAVÉS DE LES COLÒNIES D'ESTIU!
Pel matí els alumnes van jugar la versió "macro" del popular videojoc Among Us però sense fer servir cap ordinador, simplement amb la presència física de tots els jugadors participants...que divertit!
Per la tarda els alumnes van anar a navegar!! Alguns van ser molt valents i es van ficar a l'aigua!!
