You want to enjoy your afternoon, and have nothing to do? Great! Here’s how I love to pass my afternoons in summer: First, you have to find a good place for your hammock. It can be in your garden, in the woods nearby or anywhere else, where you find two fitting trees for your hammock. Personally, I prefer to ride my bike to the woods, nearby, because I also love riding my bike. You can choose the place. But from experience, I can tell you, that you’ll feel most delighted if you’re either in the woods or next to a lake. The best thing would be, both ! Lying in your hammock in the woods right next to a beautiful lake, is so, so nice! I’m smiling, just because I think about it! :) Ok, so after you found the perfect spot, the only thing, you must do is, enjoy! I really like lying in my hammock and just watching the treetops. Have you ever realized that they’re dancing in the wind? If not, you should really look up there. And while watching the trees, inhale the fresh air that only woods have. Maybe you hear some birds singing? Just listen. And enjoy. Then, if you’re getting bored, take out the book you brought with you, and enjoy reading it. I hope you picked a good one! If not, ask the librarian the next time you’re in your library. I’m sure he or she can give some advice, which book to read. Maybe, while reading and enjoying the nature, you’re getting a bit hungry or thirsty. My advice for you is that you take your water bottle and some chocolate cookies with you. Maybe, you could bake some cookies yourself? And, if you want to, you can share them! I’ve learned that nothing makes happier, than making others happy. So, for example, when you share the cookies with your family and/or some neighbors, then you will realize that it increases your own happiness when being kind to others. When others smile at you, you automatically become happier. So, try to make others happier, and you will become so too!

But, to come back to the hammock-reading activity: I hope, it makes you as happy as me, to do this. Enjoy the nature around you, your book, your cookies, and never forget to smile!&nbsp;

That's a form of training on a pull-up bar. I think it's easier to train at home. If you have a pull-up bar and you train regularly you can have a challenge to try something new, to get out of your comfort zone and check whether you manage.

Nothing in the world is perfect. 11. After you're done, just look at what you've made and think about what does it mean to you.

Make sure your phone is charged up to about 80-100%, grab earphones or headphones, a blanket and some snacks. Make your dressed up correctly to the weather conditions and make sure someone knows where you are going because safety is important. After you're all packed up, find a nice spot preferably outdoors in a park or in the sun next to trees and lay down your blanket. Turn on your favourite  music/playlist and grab  some of the snacks you packed. Relax and enjoy the moment of peace as the music takes you to a different world. Have fun!

Football-golf is a mixture of football and golf. It is very exiting because you play golf with your feet and a football. You need to take some obstacles and place them like when playing golf. You can also go to a real football-golf-field. It takes as long as you need to kick the ball into the hole. The number of holes that you score doesn't really matter, but the more the better. It's even funnier with a friend, because it can be just like a competition. You don't need to concentrate on other things, it's just important to kick the ball in the hole, to have fun and to win.

If you want to escape the real world this is a perfect activity to do. Get comfortable and grab everything you'll need (like snack and drink). so you don't have to move once you settle down. You can even get a blanket to feel more cozy. Turn on the device you're going to use (a computer, a TV, etc.) and you're ready. Watching or re-watching your favourite cartoon can be a great way to reconnect with characters and dive into the world where your only limit is your imagination. Just have fun, but be careful and don't forget about other tasks you have to do.

Description of the activity -In the morning, after breakfast, put on a bathing suit, take a beach towel, glasses, a hat, sunscreen, water, food and your favorite book. -Take a bike (you can rent it if you have one in your city). -Go to your favorite beach. -See where you can find a place on the beach. -Lie on a towel, close your eyes and listen to the sound of the waves. -After 5 minutes, you are ready to swim in the sea. Do not reply to messages and do not touch the phone for two hours. You have to focus on the real world and what surrounds you, without thinking about the perfect fake life on social media. In the afternoon, an hour and a half before the sunset, go with your best friends to a meadow or a park if you have the possibility to stay close to the bank of a river even better! Enjoy the food and talk to your friends while listening to some music and waiting for the sunset. Have fun surrounded by nature and good vibes!

In a group or alone, just run and feel the wind in your hair and the earth underneath your feet. If you want to: start dancing and just shut down your brain for a while. You don't need to perform, you don't need to care about how you look, just leave all the stress behind and feel the moment. Whether it's raining or the sun is shining, whether it's day or night, whether you are in a big group of people or alone, it works. I really love to dance with my friends, we also love to scream the lyrics to our favourite songs and just BE for a while, without having to fulfill any expectations. At night, you can also lie down and stargaze for a while, at day you could go to a field with many flowers and have a picknick there. Have fun and feel free again!

Let’s learn Ezogelin&nbsp;Soup Recipe today.It is a traditional Turkish soup. Ingredients 2/3 cup red lentil, washed and drained 1/3 cup rice, washed and drained 1/3 cup extra fine bulgur, washed and drained 1 onion, chopped finely 3 tbsp flour 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp butter 4-5 tbsp canola oil 1 tbsp dried mint 1 tsp red pepper flakes 2 cups cold+6-7 cups warm water 1 tbsp salt to taste Lemon wedges or lemon juice Place red lentil, rice and bulgur in a large pot. Add 6-7 cups warm water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then close the lid and cook over low heat, till all the grains are cooked (for about 20-30 minutes). Meanwhile, put butter, canola oil and onions in a saucepan. Saute them over medium heat. Then add flour and sauté till it turns yellow. Stir in tomato paste, mint and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes and add 2 cups cold water. Stir well to dissolve the flour particles inside. And then, pour this mixture inside the pot and add salt. You can add more water to adjust the thickness as you desire. Once the soup boils, close the lid halfway and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Laddle Ezogelin Soup to serving plates and serve with lemon juice or lemon wedges. ENJOY

Things to do before: Drink some water or other drink, get yoru hands warm, and try to set you into good mood, you can call your friends to play with them, playing with friends is more fun.

Sit, get comfortable and choose your favourite game. Relax as much as you can, playing stressed doesn't give that much fun. Call your friends if they want to play with you. Playing with your friends gives much more fun than playing solo. Even if you are losing with good mates you don't feel angry or mad. You are just happy that you can spend good time with your friends. You can also listen to your favourite music while playing games, it will be really fun too. If you are going to play competitive games you need to warm up.

First, you want to search for a song you want to play and listen to it a few times, then try to imitate the notes on your instrument. I am, personally into rave music so I enjoy giving myself an extra challenge by trying to turn hardcore melodies into soft, calming kalimba tunes. After successfully imitating the song's melody a few times, write down the tabs. Than practice playing it for a while, correcting any possible mistakes until you have a firm melody. After playing the kalimba, it's important to clean the metal bars with a small cloth so they wouldn't corrode. As for singing, there's no so much to do: first do a short vocal warm up, find a good instrumental and enjoy!

Description of the activity The first step should be a little warm-up regardless of what sport you do, for example, before yoga. I always run for five minutes and then I jump jump rope, then I am ready. The sport should be exhausting but the fun-factor should be in the foreground. Especially if you are a beginner you should start more slowly and increase slowly. After the workout, you must not forget to stretch. In my life, sport plays a very big role; I find it very important to move the body. It allows me to switch off and forget all my worries. I hope that every person has something in their life that always makes them happy and puts a smile on their faces.

If I find time, I wear glasses or contact lenses. I sit in a comfortable armchair or char, turn on the light or lamp which is next to me. I read my favourite manga or book for an hour or more - it depends on me. Reading my favourite book or manga makes me happy and I feel relaxed.

Description of the activity: First find a silent place. Then sit yourself comfortably or lie down. Try to forget about the negative things that effect you, focus on only to the positive feelings. If you want to relax and escape the reality for a few minutes/hours than this is the right activity for you. There is no time limit for this activity just take your time as long as you need it.&nbsp; First of all get yourself a picnic blanket and put it somewhere into your garden or on your terrace (if you prefer to stay in the house it's also okay). If you are outdoor and the sun is shining than take your sunglasses with you. I also put a beanbag on my blanket because it's more comfortable to sit on something soft and I can relax better. If you don't want to get disturbed, just put your phone somewhere far away from you or leave it in your house (that's what I usually do). Now the moste important thing: Grab your poetry book (or some sort of book you like to read) and just sit down on your beanbag and relax. Forget everything that makes you feel bad. Let yourself get lost in the book and forget all your problems for a moment. Enjoy the fresh air, your environment and the sun. Be grateful for all this little moments and enjoy them! We should also appreciate the little things, because they make life happier. We should be grateful for all, that we have, because everyone has something in their life to be grateful for. &nbsp;I think we need to start each day in our life with a smile. I would say, this is the only way to go through life successfully. It also feels good to smile, especially when we do it regularly. I really like the fact, that we take part in the happiness project together. The word 'together' is important. It's a lot easier to cope with challenging things if we deal with them together, with friends and family. Create and plan goals to achieve what you want most.&nbsp;If you expect or desire to achieve an aim, it will be meaningful and purposeful. Never give up. Joy wells up in our bodies, because we are seeing them again after such a long time. 5. We discuss what we are planning to do and we try to respect everyone's wishes, so there isn't a moment of bad energy when we are together. 6. And it's simple, we just forget our troubles and put our phones away. We kind of let go and treasure the moments spent together. 7. Everything we do together makes us happy, it isn't because of an action...it's the people you are with who make the moments so special! We just complete each other and get along really well.
