Ok, so I am probably not closely related to the megalodon... BUT my family have been around for 450 million years AND survived 5 mega disasters! How cool is that?!

Back to my world! What we will find out next time?

Where did my great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather come from? Was he THE MEGALODON?

Life on land - trees - reptiles - plants - insects

Life on earth! Trees! Plants! Can you see: Lungfish? Dragonfly? Skink?

A big climate change! The earth became colder. The ocean became smaller. Most of the life on earth died! Sharks living in deep water survived.

Fish move to land and evolve into amphibians and reptiles.

65 million years ago

Pretty corals and the first fish. The very first sharks appear!

Strange looking sharks appeared - the first modern sharks, rays, and skates

So, megalodon went extinct when the seas started to cool down, leaving no near relatives
