1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;مبادرة صيف2020: "التعلم الرقمي في ظل الجائحة"- عبارة عن مبادرة تدريب في فريق مايكروسوفت منبر التربية الاسلامية في فلسطين على التعلم الرقمي من شهر حزيران حتى تشرين الثاني2020. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;مبادرة شتاء2021: "بالهمة نصل القمة فلنستمر": تدريبات لمدة 100 يوم للمعلمين وفئات أخرى في الوطن العربي ضمن-تدريبات&nbsp;فريق مايكروسوفت منبر التربية الاسلامية في فلسطين كانت منذ بداية عام 2021حتى منتصف نيسان، ودورة Let’s Go English ومسابقة رقمية للفريق في شهر رمضان مع اصدار شهادات للفائزين. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;مبادرة صيف 2021 الممتدة:" خير الناس أنفعهم للناس- كن مثابراً فأنت تستحق" – بدأت في منتصف شهر حزيران وتستمر حتى صيف عام2022 ، تم اعتماد اكثر من 60 مدربا لاعطاء تدريبات رقمية وتنمية بشرية وعدة دورات منها : دورة تدريب المدربين: TOT خلال شهر 11 ودورة جرافيك ومحادثة لغة انجليزية في المرحلة الرابعة، حيث أن المبادرة مقسمة إلى 4 مراحل. 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;مبادرة "التطبيقات الذكية": خاصة بفريق طلبة فلسطين للتطبيقات الذكية، سكراش، بوك كريتير ، بيكسل، مسابقة الأسبوع العربي للبرمجة&nbsp;للعام الدراسي2020-2021، فريق من 10مدارس فلسطينية. 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;مبادرة تسجيلاتنا غير لأهل الخير- تسجيل مقاطع فيديو خاصة بالتدريب ونشرها على قناتي للاستفادة منها 6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;مبادرة نلقى الأحبة في ملتقى المحبة: لاول مرة 9 فرق تدريب وتعليم تلتقي مع بعضها. 7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;التدريب في مديرية التربية والتعليم للمعلمين، والتدريب للمعلمين والطلبة في المدرسة.

** المرحلة الأولى: بدأت مسيرتي التدريبية الأولى في التدريب عندما تم اختياري كمدرب للمعلمين في عام 1996 للأنشطة اللامنهجية في المخيمات الصيفية على مستوى فلسطين. ** كانت المرحلة التدريبية الثانية عبارة عن تدريب مدربين ومعلمين للمنهاج الفلسطيني الجديد لأنني من مؤلفي منهاج التربية الإسلامية خلال الأعوام 2016 إلى 2018 ، كل فصل دراسي مرتين ، مرة مدربين ومعلمين مرة في عدة مدن فلسطينية ثم مدينة بيت لحم على وجه الخصوص. ** المرحلة الثالثة هي إنشاء فريق قافلة النور لتحفيظ وتلاوة القرآن الكريم في عام 2019 عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وحققت العديد من الإنجازات. ** المرحلة الرابعة خلال جائحة كورونا: أحببت المبادرات ولكن خلال الجائحة والتعلم عن بعد منحني العديد من الفرص للقيام بالعديد من المبادرات ، لذلك قمت بمبادرات تعليمية وتدريبية في مدرستي ، وفلسطينيا ، ثم عالميا ، تشمل جميع الفئات العمرية والمجتمعية (مدرس ، مشرف ، أستاذ جامعي ، طالب ، مهندس ، مدير ، ولي امر) من خلال إنشاء فريق تدريبي رائع بعد الحصول على شهادة مدرب مبتكر من مايكروسوفت ، اسمه: (فريق مايكروسوفت منبر التربية الاسلامية في فلسطين) وفي نهاية شهر تموز2021 تم تغيير اسم الفريق إلى : فريق MTIEPP للتدريب والتطوير الفلسطيني بإشراف المدربة فريال شواورة وحاولت جاهدة أن أجمع ما استطعت من تدريبات قمنا بها خلال أكثر من عام ونصف اشتملت على عدة مبادرات، ومن مبادرات التدريب عن بعد:

** Phase 5: Giving electronic training courses on the Thames platform, my school website and the Arab Programming Week platform, and courses for teachers commissioned by the Directorate of Education at the beginning of the school year and volunteering for students at my school up close. ** Phase 6: cooperation with many training teams, giving courses and supporting these groups, and among the Arab initiatives in which I am participating: 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;Leader and coordinator of the Prime Palestine team: Prime Training Academy, participating in several initiatives and 13 trainings so far. &nbsp;2.&nbsp;&nbsp;"Arab Gulf Union Scholarship Initiative": It is an initiative for the Arab Gulf Union and I am part of the team of trainers- co-member. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"Education Team Brings Us Together": It is the team’s training from the end of October 2020 until April, and it is renewed in the summer, and I was responsible for attendance and the ambassador of this team and it continues, and there are several joint exercises between the two teams. 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The"Corona Pandemic" initiative in the Palestine Community Educational Team. 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"Together for the Better"initiative with Dr. Doaa Abdul Dayem 6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"Sons of Al-Daad" meetings with Inam Al-Batrkhi (International Women's Day, Jerusalem in the eyes of its children) 7.Palestinian Educators Association with Dr. Muhammad Abu Rahma 8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The Educational Technology Initiative with Arab Eyes is part of the Technological Advancement Team 9.&nbsp;&nbsp;"Learn by My Self initiative": is an initiative for Palestinian teachers from Gaza and the West Bank in a virtual school for Palestine students - associate member. 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Summer 2020 Initiative:&nbsp;"Digital learning under the Corona pandemic "- a training initiative in the Microsoft Team Islamic Education Platform in Palestine on digital learning from June to November 2020. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Winter 2021 Initiative: "We reach the summit, let us continue":&nbsp;100 days of training for teachers and other categories in the Arab world within-training microsoft team islamic education platform in Palestine was from the beginning of 2021 until mid-April, and Let's Go English course, and a digital competition for the team in ramadan with the issuance of certificates for the winners. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The extended summer 2021 initiative: “The best of people are the most beneficial to people - be persistent, you deserve” - started in mid-June and will continue until the summer of 2022, more than 60 trainers have been accredited to give digital training and human development and several courses, including: Training of Trainers Course: TOT during the month of 11 And a graphic and conversational English course in the fourth stage, as the initiative is divided into 4 stages. 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"Smart Applications"initiative: for the Palestinian Student Team for Smart Applications, Scratch, Book Critter, Pixel, the Arab Programming Week competition for the academic year 2020-2021, a team of 10 Palestinian schools 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Recordings Initiative is Different, For Good People - MTIEPP – Recording training videos and posting them on my channel to take advantage of them 6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We meet loved ones at the Forum of Love: For the first time 9 training and education teams meet each other. 7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Training in the Directorate of Education for Teachers, training for teachers and students in school.

&nbsp;The role of Firyal, teacher and leadership trainer in education and training: ** Phase 1: My first leadership training career began when I was selected as a teacher trainer in1996 for extracurricular activities in summer camps at Palestine level. **The second training phase was the training of trainers and teachers for the new Palestinian curriculum because I am an author of the Islamic Education Curriculum during the years 2016 to 2018, each semester twice, once trainers and once teachers in several Palestinian cities and then the city of Bethlehem in particular. ** The third phase is the establishment of the Al-Nour Caravan team to memorize and recite the Holy Quran in 2019 through social media sites and many achievements have been made.
