Photo Journal

We went to see a photo studio. We got to see the stuff she uses to take a photo. Then we took a group photo. We took a serious photo and a funny photo.

We got to see the cherry on the spoon, and the blue rooster.

We went to the MIA and sculpture park. I took photos of art and photography. I also took pictures of sculptures.

We learned about perspective. We also got to take pictures of perspective. There's height, aerial, overlap, diminishing, and linear  perspective.

 We created our gallery and labeled all our pictures in the gallery. We also took macro photos. We also did student spotlight.

Top Ten Things About Me Summer 2019

We went to Como. We went to the conservatory, and I took tons of plant pictures. I got to see tons of animals. I also got to see monkeys with mustaches. Ha!

We took photo's of our buddies. My buddie was Kaylee. We also did a scavenger hunt. Then we learned about rule of thirds. Rule of thirds is when you take a picture that's not centered.

We took pictures of letters that are in our name. I got it so that all the letters are from different places. We got Jolly Ranchers. I also got a caramel from Kaylee.

We got to meet a real photographer. We learned how she likes to pose her clients. We learned about pattern, shape, and texture.

We took pictures of things that looked like a letter in your name. We made posters. The pictures showed rule of thirds, perspective, line, texture, pattern, and macro.

I had a great 1st day. I made tons of new friends. We got to play games. I also learned about the parts of a camera. I learned how pictures were invented. We made lanyards with our names on them and name signs.
