Then, put some butter and a tablespoon of flour into the pot.

Firstly, to prepare the meatballs chop the onion and the parsley.
Later, add mince, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, cummin and knead them gently. Roll them and make small balls by using your palm. Cover them with a plastic wrap and put the mixture in the fridge.
Next, peel the eggplants with stripes and slice them long ways with a vegetable peeler. Put them into a large bowl and add some salt and water. Wait for 15-20 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, take the eggplants and get dry.
Pour the oil into a pan and heat it. Fry the eggplants carefully.
Take a meatball and roll it with two pieces of eggplants in the shape of plus. Apply this to all the meatballs and fried eggplants.
For the sauce, put the paprica and the tomato paste, salt and the boiled water into a saucepan. Boil it. Pour the sauce on the meatballs and bake it for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
