The story of Mary Anning is so beautiful, because she was a palaeontologist and discovered some fossils of marine animals from the jurassic period. She was born on May 10th, 1799 in Lyme Regis, United Kingdom.

Mary Anning had 4 children, and she finally died in 1810 at the age of 44 from Tuberculosis. When she died, the money gained from fossil trade would be gone, and the family couldn't make money either, so it called for help to the parish.

Among its most important finds are the first ichthyosaur and plesiosaur skeletons, the first pterosaur skeleton outside of Germany, and multiple fish fossils. Anning also showed that the coprolites, known as bezoar stones, were fossilized feces.

Hello my name is Patricio Solis, I am one of the authors of the book. This project was interesting and fun to do. I learned a lot of things about Mary Anning that I didn´t know. Women are very intelligent.

This is Jesús Daniel, and in my opinion Mary Anning did contribute to how we see and reconstruct life in the past, the discoveries were not all that important to humanity but they're interesting to know about.

Her father lived in Lyme Regis, England, where he made searches for fossils in the regions close to the town he lived. Then, he moved to Colyton, Devon and married with Mary Moore, known as Molly. Where he and Mary Anning moved back to Lyme Regis.

She found and identified many pre-historic fossils from the time of the dinosaurs and sold them to make money for her family.&nbsp;

Her parents were Mary Moore and Richard Anning, and his brother was Joseph Anning.
