Ingredients

00 flour 500 g

milk 250 g

butter 75 g

Sugar 70 g

Medium eggs 2

yeast 12 g

Vanilla extract

Salt 6 g

Nutmeg 2 g
For the icing and decorations:

Powdered sugar 150 g

Butter 20 g

Colored sweets to taste

Dark chocolate pastry

White chocolate pastry

praline, chocolate sprinkles etc.


cooking:
1 litre cooking oil

1) In a pot, heat the milk, melt the soft butter.

2) Once the milk has cooled, pour it into a container and add the baker's yeast, sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, whole eggs and the flour
3) This dough should be kneaded for about 5 minutes.
