Plaka is the&nbsp;oldest distrist in Athens City , the capital of Greece. It is built around of the world famous&nbsp;Acropolis hill, where Parthenon , one of the seven miracles of the world, is located.

Η Ρωμαϊκή Αγορά χτίστηκε από τους Ρωμαίους ( 1ος αι, πΧ)&nbsp;και είχε πολλά καταστήματα όπου οι άνθρωποι πήγαιναν και αγόραζαν διάφορα πράγματα.

Roman Forum ,built by the Romans (1st century BC), was the commercial&nbsp;center of&nbsp;ancient Athens where trade took place.&nbsp;

Η Πλάκα έχει παλιά σπίτια , στενούς δρόμους όπου απαγορεύεται η κυκλοφορία των αυτοκινήτων, σχολεία, εκκλησίες, σκαλοπάτια&nbsp;και πολλά μαγαζιά.

Plaka has old houses , narrow roads,where car traffic is prohibited, schools, churches and many shops where you can buy souvenirs .

Aerides is an octagonal building where on the top of each side the figures of the eight winds were engraved. This monument is considered to be the first meteorological and time station in the world.&nbsp;
