The project title is: “Rooting for Europe”. It involves five countries: Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, and Slovenia. 

The aim of the project is to discover traditions from each country, including history, food, games, crafts, holidays and legends and to reach to its roots. It is a cooperation project between primary and lower secondary schools and is done within the Erasmus+ Programme. 

The target group is students aged 12-15. The project involves everyday school activities, workshops, trips as well as mobilities.
