Stay Home Where Possible
Staying at home all the time is impossible, but it is a good idea to stay at home as much as possible during a pandemic. Particularly if there is an outbreak in your community.
Droplets from coughs and sneezes contain the disease and can spread onto other surfaces and live there for up to three days. Hand rails, food containers, and even money could have the disease on it. So staying home and not coming into contact with people or things that could have the disease is safest.

Social Distance
When a person sneezes or coughs, they spary the small droplets mentioned before from their nose and mouth which can contain the disease. The droplets can even be so small that they are like a mist and it can be impossible to see them. If you are to close you can breath or come in contact with with sad droplets and catch the disease.
