A human has between 10 and 100 trillion of cells
Cells are the smallest living parts of the human body. Nearly all body cells are too tiny to be seen without a microscope.

INSIDE OF A CELL
A cell has an outer wall called a cell membrane. Inside there are β€œlittle organs” that are called: endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria and the nucleus, itself surrounded by a membrane, contains the chromosomes which, as we shall see, contain the plans for the entire

Let me tell about six different kinds of cells.
Nerve cells have long rootlike ends that connect to other neurons in chains that shuttle information around the body.
Bone cells contain the mineral calcium, which gives bone its strength.

Red blood cells are the most numerous cells in the body. Their unique caved-in shape helps them travel through blood vessels and deliver oxygen to all body cells.
Skin cells are like building blocks that create a protective layer that covers the body.

Intestinal cells end in many fingerlike villi through which the body absorbs digested nutrientes.
Skeletal muscle cells make up the bundles of muscle fibers that power the voluntary muscles. The striations, or bands, in these cells help them contract and pull on the bones to which they are attached. This allows the bones to move.

Every day, you eat food that gives you energy. But where does it go when you swallow? And what does your body do with it then?

The organs in our digestive system
In the intestine we have good bacterias, which help us digest food. The digestive system is the set of organs in charge of the digestion process, that is the transformation of food so that it can be absorbed and used by the body's cells.
The three main nutrients are proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
If you eat something bad your stomach squeezes it back up your food pipe and you vomit.

When your digestive system doesn’t work very well you can have certain problems, for example diabetes or celiac disease. Diabetes is a disease in which glucose levels in the blood are very high. A group of diseases that result in excess sugar in the blood, high blood glucose.
Diabetes is a chronic disease that affects the way the body converts food into energy.

Most of the food you eat turns into sugar also called glucose that is released into your bloodstream. If you don’t take care of it, it can lead to multiple problems like strokes, heart attack, blindness, kidney failure or amputation. The treatment for this disease it’s to take a shot of insulin

Gluten doesn't cause problems in everyone, just those with celiac disease gluten can be found in wheat, rye ,barley and oats for those that don't have celiac disease these foods are found to eat for those with celiac disease, gluten acts also as a poison. If you think you are celiac, talk to the doctor and he will help you with the treatment.

Curious facts!
In total your food travels through 9 mt of tubes.
Also some foods create a smelly gas in your large intestine. You get rid of it by farting.
Junk food contains too much sugar and fat.
