3rd grade library

Hola 3rd graders! I hope are all doing well. Edward's "<em>Miraculous"</em> journey is really just beginning. I had one student comment on the story that Pellegrina told to Abilene about the princess, that they thought it was weird. The fact that it didn't end with a happily ever after does make the story different. The princess, like Edward, only loved herself and things didn't work out well for her. 

Every night after dinner, Lawrence would go out and get some fresh air and put “Susanna” on his shoulder, light his pipe, and if the night was clear he said the names of the constellations one at a time.&nbsp;&nbsp;

How do you think Edward feels about referred to as a girl?

What do think of Lolly? Do you like her as a character? Why or why not?

One night when it's nice take a walk outside and see if you can find some of the constellations in the sky. You could look for the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper.
