Healthy eating, healthy living
Because of Coronvairus, schools in Poland have been closed. The Government decided that if we want to limit the risk of contagions from Coronavirus we must not get out from our houses, unless strictly necessary from 12th March 2020 to ... who knows...

A well-balanced diet boosts immunity and prevents infections
Eat fruit and vegetables because they contain lots of vitamins, for example vitamin C.

Eat pickled foods and yoghurt because they support the intestinal flora.
Eat oily fish because they are high in omega-3 fats, vitamin C, zinc and support natural immunity
Eat  legumes because they are a rich source of all nutrients.
Don’t eat high-processed food because it contains a lot of salt, unhealthy fat and has no nutritional value. For example, chips and fries.
