Vacation to Nofalofagus
The room was dark and cold. The leg of the chair was rotting away on a creaky wooden floorboard. A cramped bed at the corner of the room. The table was so microscopic that you could barely fit a book or two. The heavy rain was aggressively hitting Adelina’s window. She was sitting at her table about to doze off while reading her book. The book was about space travel and she was reading it for homework. Adelina had always been the quiet kid at school.

Suddenly, an alien casually walked out of her closet! “Hi, I'm Zabrath. Do you want to go on a vacation?” The strange alien asked.
“Yes, I do. Do I have to pay?” Adelina asked unsurely.
“No, it's a completely free vacation to my home planet Nofalofagus.” Zabrath replied.
“Wait, you're bringing me to space?" Adelina asked excitedly.
“Yes, of course!”
Now Adelina was bursting with excitement and asked, “When are we going?”  “Now!” said Zabrath and Adelina stepped through her closet and entered the complete opposite world.

“Zabrath, I'm not dreaming right?” asked Adelina in shock.
“No of course not, Adelina.'' The planet was filled with small yellow houses and one tall building. Adelina wondered what the tall building was for. She followed Zabrath into one of the bright yellow houses. The house was minimalistic and only had a bed, a small fridge and a desk. Adelina was surprised because of the bright and crazy colour of the outside of the house compared to the calm, simple and minimalist atmosphere of the inside.

“Zabrath, I'm hungry. Do you have anything to eat in your fridge?” Adelina asked hopefully.
“Sure, I have lots of things in my fridge,” said Zabrath and brought out a large assortment of slimy creatures and preserved plants.
“It’s fine, Zabrath, I lost my appetite.” said Adelina, trying not to gag. Zabrath got something from his table and brought Adelina outside to the small building.
Zabrath brought Adelina to the tall building in the middle of the town and entered the dark elevator. At that moment, the elevator stopped and Adelina realised that Zabrath was gone! A shiver ran down her spine as she felt hands on her shoulders. Without warning, she realised she had been teleported into a cage over a bubbling pool of lava. Adelina’s knees were wobbling and she was about to faint when she heard a voice. “Finally, we have captured one of the human species.” cackled the alien. There were hundreds of other aliens surrounding the cage that Adelina was in.

The cage was slowly lowering and Adelina was getting more and more worried every time it lowered. Adelina was a few inches away from touching the lava, when she heard a weird buzzing sound. A blinding beam of light suddenly entered the room.

It was Zabrath! Zabrath suddenly reached into his pocket and took out a colossal machine gun and executed every single alien in seconds! Zabrath then walked up to the control panel and disabled the machine and released Adelina from the cage. “Thank you, Zabrath!” said Adelina. “I thought you were helping them! I thought you were working with them.” Adelina found out that Zabrath disappeared because the evil aliens teleported him to stop him from saving Adelina.  Zabrath had his machine gun and escaped just in time to save Adelina. She was so grateful for Zabrath and was sorry for jumping to conclusions and thinking he was evil.
Zabrath teleported Adelina back to her boring house back on earth.

“Will you ever come back and bring me to your planet again?” asked Adelina desperately.
“Yes. I will come back every month to bring you to Nofalofagus." Adelina was so happy that her life wouldn't be so boring anymore. She also realized that no time had passed while she was on the planet so she could spend as much time as she wanted to with Zabrath in future. Adelina had become a lot more courageous and less shy during the time she was with Zabrath and managed to even make some new friends at school.
"I'm so exited for Zabrath to come back."
