The Disappearing Island

They didn’t like each other and they didn’t go together, like coffee and tea.

Fox and Turtle didn’t just save their island, but they made a good friendship. And that deserves a gold metal.

All of a sudden, the island started sinking. They were deep in a jungle.

They started fighting more.”This is your fault.””No, it’s yours!” They yelled at each other.

They tried and tried, but they couldn’t find a way out. It was like they were trapped in and extra hard maze.

Suddenly, the island started to float back up. The island core had metal in it, and so did the city. So that’s what weighed it down. Everyone on the island was saved!

One day, Fox and Turtle wandered of because they were fighting at recess.

The sharks were terrified! They wanted to live,so they packed up their stuff and left. But, they left the half built city .

They live on Kawaii Island(it was a big island) deep in the Middle Ocean

”My name is Merlia.”the mermaid said. ”Why are you here?”the two animals asked ”You two have to work together to save your island.”she said as she dove into the water and swam away.

Once they got to the other side of the island, they heard a splash in the water. It was a mermaid.

Fox and Turtle go to the same school, and are in the same class this year.

They knew they had to get back home. ”I know!” Fox said ”I was here this morning...look!Footprints!” They decided to follow the footprints and they got out.

Then they needed to figure out what was making it sink. ”I’m going to go check under the island” Turtle said. “Ok, whatever!” Fox yelled back He was just jealous

Everyone was thanked and got awards. ”I feel like everyone was a hero today”. Fox said. ”I second that!” Turtle declared.

Turtle told Fox. ”We have to stop them!”

The two animals were making a friendship, but not yet. Turtle figured out that  sharks were building a city underneath.

One day, there were two animals. Fox and Turtle

Turtle gathered some friends and went down. ”Sharks! If you don’t stop building, our island will fall and squash you like an anvil!” They explained
