The Highwayman

Over the hills King Gorges men came marching up to the old inn door. They tied up Bess and put a musket under her chest. They teased her and kissed her. She could hear the horses hooves on the path were they death or did they not hear. Closer he came boooooooooooooom!. Bess shot her self to save her love. Back said the highway man as he fled the other way. When he heard Bess was dead he charged back to the inn but the soldiers were still there down like a dog on the highway. down! So on a moon lit night you might see these love birds on a ghostly night ghost love birds will wander always together.

Once up on a time there lived a mean horrible highway man. He cantered up on his horse up to the old inn door.The highwayman whistled up to the inn  window. The land lords daughter opened the window. Her name was Bess the Highway man said i'm going to look for some gold. In the stable Tim was listening to them talking . He loved Bess .  Bess let down her hair the highway man kissed the locks in the moon light. and off he went
