Let’s make the school zone safer for all students by reducing parent/guardian car traffic at the school. On days when your family really needs to drive, please park a little farther away and Walk-A-Block. See a map created by OSTA to support Walk A Block to help reduce the amount of street traffic around OLV.

Starting soon you will receive information and details directly from the
Virtual Academy.
OLV is still your home school and the front office staff are happy to answer questions you may have :)
Before your child's designated start date you will know their teacher and designated entry

FLOOR MARKINGS
In our hallways we will have floor markings and directional arrows reminding students to keep two metres apart. OLV will be primarily 1 way flow of traffic.

On the pavement areas there will be markers to help students remain 2m apart when entering/exiting the school building.
HANDWASHING
When students enter or leave their classroom they will clean their hands; either with soap or hand sanitizer.
SIGNAGE
Throughout the building and classrooms there will be visuals to support students and staff around our new school protocols.
MASKS
Students in grades 4-6 and staff are required to wear masks. It is strongly recommended that students in kindergarten to grade 3 also wear masks but it is not mandatory.
