Raquel is a sea turtle who loves to travel.

She has been traveling for years, almost since she was born on a Caribbean beach.

She has been swimming for thousands of miles, wandering very remote seas and oceans and meeting marine creatures of all kinds.

But the world is very big, so she still has a lot to discover…
And so much more to learn!

One day, while swimming in the Atlantic Ocean, she was making one of her surface stops to breathe, and suddenly she realized that she would love to stop for a little while to rest in a beautiful place.

Then, Raquel remembered that some time ago, a turtle friend of hers from the Caribbean, told her about some beautiful seagrass in the Canary Islands, next to Africa.
So, there she went.

She was on her way there, when she heard a lively and beautiful sound that she recognized very well ...

And so, Raquel went to the island of Tenerife to look for the seagrass the whales spoke so highly of.

Raquel finally reached the vicinity of Tenerife and began to swim in circles, but she wasn’t able to find the seagrass by herself.
