In the group of polyglots, games among mothers and aunts did not differ from those played by fathers and uncles. Their moms and aunts played ball, cards, Mario Bros, hide and seek, and many more.

Among mothers and aunts, outdoor games were the most popular, such as football, baseball, and badminton. Women were better at these games than men. Moms and aunts also enjoyed playing card games like “Tysiąc” or “Poker”.

A few moms and aunts played French skipping. French skipping involves jumping over an elastic band. In the first two rounds, children stood inside
the loop to stretch it tightly around their ankles, while a third person performed a series of hops and jumps, chanting appropriate rhymes.

As you can see, in the old days there were many ways to spend time through games. Some of these games have fallen into oblivion, and many of them, especially group games, still fill children's time.
This is how the rules worked: A single checker can move forward diagonally one space per turn. To capture an opponent's checker, a player may jump over a diagonally adjacent opponent's checker. The space on the other side of the opponent's checker must be open. Multiple checkers can be captured if jumped consecutively with the same checker.

Chess is a bit more complicated, and those are the rules: Each type of chess piece has its own method of movement. A piece moves to a vacant square except when capturing an opponent's piece. Except for any move of the knight and castling, pieces cannot jump over other pieces. A piece is captured (or taken) when an attacking enemy piece replaces it on its square.
The most popular games among dads and uncles!

Team of polyglots said that their dads and uncles played ,,Deluxe Ski Jump” and  ,,Mario Bros”. They had to jump as far as possible and fight with bosses to save princess. Their dads told them that they were good at it. Outdoors, the most popular game was football and badminton. They were good at kicking the ball and hitting the shuttlecock with a racket.
They were playing many card games but their favourite one was the ,,Tysiac” where the winner was the person who got first at least 1000 points. That game is for 2-4 people.
GRANDPARENTS

In a group of polyglots the most popular games played by grandparents were football and stick-ball. To play stick-ball we need two teams, small ball and bat. The game is about throwing the ball and hitting it by one of the teams. The second team is trying to catch a ball. The first team must run as many stations as possible. For every lap we get a point.
