About digital books at home
The goal of NHE Library is to provide students will a variety of reading materials to encourage a life-long love of reading. During this time of physical library closure there have been a ton of wonderful companies offering FREE access to some incredible ebooks - all for YOU!
In the pages of this book you will find clickable links to the websites of these companies. Some will require usernames and passwords, others won't. Some books will be animated "movies", some will require you to turn the pages yourself, some will just be books to listen to without pictures. Take some time to explore all the different options and HAVE FUN!
Please be aware that some companies offer access to levels of books beyond elementary school, so parents, please supervise students as they select what they want to read to ensure its appropriateness for your student. HAPPY READING!

NHE Library Catalog
After you locate the NHE Library Catalog at destiny.sandi.net (Remember: You have to choose our school name from the list of elementary schools.), you can log in with your student ID and choose the CATALOG from the menu. To see all the eBooks, just choose "Electronic Book (eBooks)" from the Material Type dropdown menu and hit "Enter" on your keyboard. The results will all be eBooks you can virtually check out and read.

AudibleStories allows you to search a list of free ebooks by grade level category and/or language like Spanish, French and more! Each book features a star rating so you know just how great the book will be before you read it!
