Hi, I’m Carmen. I am almost 30 years old. I just found my album in the closet and I am so excited to share my best and worst memories with you.

It was a really dark morning. The rain was shouting out loud. I woke up in bed with a weird feeling that made me think something bad might happen. I slowly went downstairs, ate my breakfast when I realised that it was already 7:20. I ran into my room, changed into my school uniform and went downstairs like thunder. I saw my mum on the sofa watching TV when my irritation became maximum. I ran to her, shouted “You are useless!”, ran out of the house and rushed to the bus stop but on the way there I saw my bus leaving. I ran back home, grabbed my bike and rushed to school. I knew I said too much to my mum. I was thinking of her shocked and sad face all the way to school.

THAT day was a TRULY terrible day. When I arrived at school, the class was in silence. Someone in my class did something bad and they were having a discussion. The teacher was not in a good mood so she got really angry at me. I know being late is not good but she made me stand in the corridor for five minutes, which is too much for being only five minutes late to school. During Geography class after the homeroom, I had a really important presentation. When I stood in front of everyone, I got so nervous that I forgot everything that I was going to say. I do not remember what I said but it was obviously terrible.I could not concentrate all day after that because I was too shocked about the presentation.
While I was eating lunch (with my cute boyfriend Jason), I was in a really bad mood so I did not even say a word to him. He tried to make me feel better. He constantly asked me “Are you ok?” and also, he bought me a chocolate ice cream which is my favorite. None of them made me feel better (it did a little) so I kept silent and stared at the ground all lunch.
After school, I did not want to see my mum again, so I ran into my room. My room felt really cold and silent, like I was in the middle of deep, deep ocean. I layed in bed staring at the ceiling, hoping I was not in this world. Suddenly, I heard a knock on my window. I sit up and saw Jason waving at me by the window so I walked there and opened it. The smell of the rain came rushing into my room. He said “Can I come in?” so I nodded and went back to my bed. After a few minutes of awkward silence, he opened his mouth. He said “Tell me. What’s wrong with you today?...Just say something!”. I stared at him and said, “Just go home! Leave me alone. It’s none of your business!”. His face turned angry. “Ok. Sure. But never say a word again to me.” and ran outside. I sighed. I wanted to cry. The world around me was really dark. When I realised, I was already asleep.
