Online meetings 2021
Because of Covid 19, we could not organize mobilities and we faced quite an uncertain and worrying future related to our physical meetings. However, we tried to do our best and learn as many things from this situation as we could. We managed to organize 3 online meetings on Zoom. All of them were enjoyable and fun.
- Students could use their English outside the classroom and get to know, how an online meeting takes place, and the way they can communicate on an online platform.
- They enriched their knowledge about 4 different countries, the education systems, and how digital teaching took place in foreign schools during the Covid period.
- Students could improve their speaking and listening skills as well as their ICT skills while making presentations, creating subtitles, and using different programs.
- All of us could experience "breaking the ice" and got to know our partners, both the teachers and the students.
This year taught us not to be afraid of difficulties and encouraging each other, we can overcome difficulties.

From 2022 we managed to organize mobilities and start working on the tasks more effectively. After making preparations we visited our partners and worked together. As our Spanish partner resigned from the project in December 2021, we had to share that part among us. Fortunately, all of us decided to go on with the project and take on that extra task. Altogether 4 mobilities were organized, two of them in 2022 and the rest in 2023. Despite all the difficulties and hard periods, we were lucky to implement our plans.
- All the 4 countries could present their own culture, customs, traditions, folk dances, folk costumes, national foods and drinks, religion, history, historical sites, and architecture, and provide the chance for the students to improve their English, their social, communication, and ICT skills. While presenting Maths, Literature, and Religion lessons, students could experience the difference between lessons with and without digital tools. They could learn how to use their smartphones for their studies in different classes and it made the lessons more enjoyable and effective for them. We used different tools and platforms, such as Zanza. tv, smartboard, Kahoot, Photomath app for practicing Maths and self-studying, Powtoon, Prezi, Wordwall, Puzzle.org, jigshawplanet.com, crosswordlabs.com, just a few of the most important ones. With the help of these tools, platforms, and apps, teaching and learning processes became more effective and helped students get better marks.
Another crucial effect of this project, these tasks, and mobilities was that they imperceptibly pressured students to learn a foreign language, could feel free to use it and communication became easy. More and more students have joined language courses and successfully passed their language exams since our project started. Some of the students got friends from other countries and they will keep in touch with each other. So participating in the project, and working with foreign people had countless and lifelong benefits.
