Digestion in the stomach

The teeth are the start of the digestive system.  You have 3 special teeth called canines molars and premolars.Canines are pointy and sharp to chew things .The molars are used for chewing and grinding food.The premolars are used for grinding food so you can swallow it.

Your intestines are as long as a double decker bus.

What happens in your stomach?

When you eat your food it goes to the first stage we’re you grind and chew your food. Then it goes to your throughout we’re you swallow it your food goes down to your stomach . Food hangs out in the stomach for around four hours. While the food sits there ,more enzymes go to work on it ,bad bacteria as well ,so we don’t get sick.
