Always remember this feeling when someone comes to you for help with something that you know well. It's wonderful that they're taking a risk and asking; how can you be sure that they don't regret it? There are lots of right answers to this question. Here's one that I find especially useful...

Question "I can't figure out how to share the video I made." Response 1 "It's the File menu. Or go to the help page." Response 2 "That's so cool that you made a video! What's it about? Can I see? Oh, and sharing...here's what to do..."

I's a simple idea. Everyone has knowledge worthy of a compliment. Consider starting out your conversation with that compliment. Notice how it makes the person feel.
