This project is the outcome of an Erasmus+ project in which 6 schools participate. These are:
*Demotiko Sxoleio Dasous Achnas (Dasos Achnas - Cyprus)
*1st Primary School Efkarpia (Thessaloniki -Greece)
*Osnova Skola Bilje (Bilje - Croatia)
*Limerick City East Educate Together (Limerick-Ireland)
*KGS Thomas Schule (Dusseldorf-Germany)
*Colégio do Marítimo (Funchal-Portugal).

The project's objectives are focused in the 3 key areas. These are digital literacy, environmental education and sport participation. These factors are so important in modern times that need to get attention so by students but also by teachers too.

1st activity

This book is as a result of collaborative work
between schools in Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Portugal & Germany.

It introduces the reader to the Mascots which the children created to represent their school during the duration of the project.

The concept of this first activity is to present a kind of box in our school and let the students imagine about a creature/figure that lives inside of it. This figure is asking "Who am I?" and students will draw, describe and 3D make the figure. One of the canditates will be the mascot of the project for each school.

Using innovative technology like 3D pens or 3D printers the Mascot will be created.

Creating our Box

We kept our box design nice and simple as we did not want the box to overtake the children's imagination.

Once the box was made we used Green screen technology to create video clips that would be sent around the school for everyone to see.
There was great excitement!
