Please do the four questions on your own, and bring them to class tomorrow morning.

When solving for the intercepts, we set the opposite variable to 0. So, if we solve for x, we set y=0. And if we are solving for y, we set x=0

After we find x, plug 0 into x to find the intercept for y.

We solve equations by doing the opposite of what the equation says to do, to get x on one side.
