Parents' Information Session with Mrs Godly - Monday 11th July at 3pm
Transition Days - Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th July, 9am-3.30pm
First day of Term - Monday 5th September
There is a host of information included in this document that should answer any questions you may have, along with links to a series of forms you need to complete. If you require hard copies of anything, please don't hesitate to contact the school office (details below).

Forms for Completion
1. S11/1 & S11/2 Admissions Forms - click here to download and print
or complete the hard copy sent home. Please return to the school office.
2. Consent Form - parental consent is needed for use of your child's image and off-site activities. Please click here for further information and to complete the form online.
3. ICT agreement - please review with your child and complete the associated online form. Please click here.
4. Free School Meals and Pupil Premium Application Forms. Please review the information in the links to determine if your child is eligible for either or both of these funds. Please note that, even if your child is in Reception class and therefore eligible for Universal Free School Meals, you should apply for Free School Meals in addition if you met the eligibility criteria.
5. School Milk Registration. Please click here for further info and/or to register. If you signed your child up to receive milk whilst they were in Preschool, you do not need to register them again.
