1. Admissions Form (S11) - If you are new to Winkleigh Primary School, please click below to download and print this form. Please return to the school office.
2. Consent Form - parental consent is needed for use of your child's image and off-site activities.
3. ICT agreement - please review with your child and complete the associated online form.
4. Free School Meals and Pupil Premium Application Forms. Please review the information in the links to determine if your child is eligible for either or both of these funds. Please note that, even if your child is in Reception class and therefore eligible for Universal Free School Meals, you should apply for Free School Meals in addition if you met the eligibility criteria.
